Our Ex-Offender and Re-Entry soft skills program focuses on actual behavior change and performance improvement, not just knowledge acquisition. Successful interpersonal behaviors and best practices are strengthened. Learners can practice critical interpersonal skills at their own pace, in a non-judgmental environment, when and as often as needed. This program builds confidence by mirroring the demands of the workplace and through the adaptive learning management center, learners obtain an accurate assessment of demonstrated skills and transform preparation and practice into genuine experience.
